Le Flamant Rose opens at 8 AM, when the light on the Creek is soft and the promenade is still quiet. If you want a proper sit-down breakfast in Dubai Creek Harbour rather than a coffee to go, our morning menu moves between French viennoiserie and Persian breakfast plates.
The Signature Breakfasts
For a table that wants to share, the "Le Flamant Rose" Grand Breakfast (AED 169, for two to three people) brings smoked salmon, poached and boiled eggs, avocado, French toast, a croissant, waffle, pancakes, açaí, seasonal fruit, cheeses and house jams to the middle of the table. Le Petit Déjeuner Parisien (AED 84) tucks scrambled eggs into a croissant with brie, house apple and cherry jam, berries and grapes, and The English Breakfast (AED 89) covers the classics.
Two more signatures carry a Persian accent: Œufs Bénédicte au Safran (AED 79), poached eggs on toasted barbari with saffron hollandaise, smoked salmon, pomegranate and dill, and Tartine Rose (AED 72), whipped labneh on sourdough with beetroot-cured salmon, pistachio dukkah and a poached egg.
Eggs, Every Way
Les Œufs Bénédicte start from AED 49 and French-style omelettes from AED 54, while Œufs Brouillés à la Truffe (AED 89) layers soft scrambled eggs and fresh truffle on brioche. From further east come Shakshouka (AED 64) with grilled aubergine and feta, Çılbır (AED 79), poached eggs on yogurt with sujuk, and the Anatolian Toast (AED 79) with mushrooms, sujuk, pine nuts, labneh and pomegranate.
A Persian Breakfast Table
Nan-o-Panir (AED 69) is the Persian breakfast board to share: barbari bread, feta, walnuts, garden herbs, cucumber, tomato, honey and butter. Add Omelet-e Gojeh Farangi (AED 52), soft Persian tomato and eggs, or Sar Shir & Asal (AED 44), clotted cream and honeycomb with warm barbari.
Sweet Mornings and Easy Sets
Gaufre Rose & Pistache (AED 64), Pain Perdu aux Dattes (AED 69) and the Açaí Bowl (AED 64) cover the sweet side. For an easy order, Le Petit Matin (AED 69) brings a hot drink, fresh juice, a croissant and two eggs, and Petit Déjeuner à Deux (AED 139) does the same for two with a fruit board. Specialty coffee starts from AED 19, and ceremonial Japanese matcha is whisked to order.
