Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 September 2026. This policy explains how Le Flamant Rose Restaurant & Cafe Co. LLC ("Le Flamant Rose", "we") uses information in the Le Flamant Rose app and our Flamingo Rewards loyalty programme.

Information we use

We use your name, email address, optional phone number, optional birth date and your marketing choice; your membership, points, reward and offer activity; receipt references, purchase amounts and categories; feedback you send us; device tokens for notifications; and an opaque QR code used to identify your loyalty account.

Camera and sign-in

The camera is used only to scan the Flamingo Rewards QR code on the device. No photo, video or audio is captured, stored or transmitted. We use Clerk for secure sign-in and Replit-hosted app and database infrastructure. Our service providers process personal data only to operate the service and with appropriate protections.

Why we use it and who we share it with

We use this information to sign you in, run the membership and loyalty programme, award and redeem points and offers, process restaurant visits, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices, rights and retention

You can ask to access your account data or delete it at any time. Directly identifying app and loyalty data is deleted as soon as in-app deletion succeeds, or within 30 days of a verified email request. Support correspondence may be kept for up to 12 months after it is resolved. Anonymised security and accounting records may be kept for up to 5 years. A non-reversible deletion-prevention digest is kept only to prevent account recreation and cannot identify you on its own.

How to delete your account

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email admin@leflamantrose.ae from the email address linked to your account.
