Privacy Policy

Effective date: 8 September 2026. Last updated: 17 September 2026. This policy explains how Le Flamant Rose Restaurant & Cafe Co. LLC ("Le Flamant Rose", "we") uses information in the Le Flamant Rose app, our Flamingo Rewards loyalty programme and our delivery ordering.

Information we use

We use your name, email address, optional phone number, optional birth date, your marketing choice and your notification choices; your membership, points, reward and offer activity; receipt references, purchase amounts and categories; delivery order details (the name and mobile number you give, your Dubai Creek Harbour address and delivery notes, the items you order, the payment method you choose and the order status); feedback you send us; push notification tokens for your device; and an opaque QR code used to identify your loyalty account.

Earlier reservations

When you booked a table with us in the past, our team kept a simple reservation record (the name and phone number you gave, visit dates, party size and occasion, such as a birthday). If you join the app with the same phone number, we may link those details to your account so we can recognise you as a returning guest. They are only visible to our restaurant team, they never add points on their own, and they are deleted together with your account.

Notifications

We only send push notifications if you allow them. You can choose "Order updates" and "Offers & news" separately and change them at any time in the app (Profile, then Notifications) or in your phone's settings. Offers and news are only sent to members who have opted in.

Camera and sign-in

The camera is used only to scan the Flamingo Rewards QR code on the device. No photo, video or audio is captured, stored or transmitted. We use Clerk for secure sign-in, Replit-hosted app and database infrastructure, and Expo, Apple and Google to deliver push notifications. Our service providers process personal data only to operate the service and with appropriate protections.

Why we use it and who we share it with

We use this information to sign you in, run the membership and loyalty programme, award and redeem points and offers, prepare and deliver your orders and keep you updated on them, send offers and news if you opted in, recognise returning guests, provide support, prevent misuse and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices, rights and retention

You can ask to access your account data or delete it at any time. Directly identifying app, loyalty, order, notification and linked reservation data is deleted as soon as in-app deletion succeeds, or within 30 days of a verified email request. Support correspondence may be kept for up to 12 months after it is resolved. Anonymised security and accounting records may be kept for up to 5 years. A non-reversible deletion-prevention digest is kept only to prevent account recreation and cannot identify you on its own.

How to delete your account

In the app, open Profile and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email admin@leflamantrose.ae from the email address linked to your account.
