Our new breakfast in Dubai Creek Harbour: French omelettes, eggs Benedict, Turkish eggs, homemade croissants and waffles. Served daily from 8 AM.
Mornings at Le Flamant Rose have a new menu. We have rebuilt our breakfast from the plate up, with soft French omelettes, eggs Benedict five ways, Turkish eggs, homemade croissants and sweet plates worth getting up for. Breakfast is served every day from 8 AM at our French-Persian café on the Dubai Creek Harbour promenade.
The Grand Breakfast, for a slow morning
Our signature is "Le Flamant Rose" Grand Breakfast (AED 149), a full table that brings together grilled halloumi and sujuk, stuffed vine leaves, fluffy pancakes, assorted cheeses, fresh fruit and walnuts. It comes with berry-topped chia puddings, an açaí bowl, cinnamon porridge, olives, butter, honey and jam, plus a basket of golden croissants, soft rolls and rustic bread.
Feeling more Parisian? Le Petit Déjeuner Parisien (AED 84) is scrambled eggs in a croissant with brie, house apple and cherry jam, berries and grapes.
Eggs, the French way and beyond
Les Omelettes, from AED 54: a soft French-style omelette finished with olive oil and herbs. Choose spinach, cheese, feta with chives and cherry tomatoes, or turkey bacon with grilled vegetables and mushrooms.
Les Œufs Bénédicte, from AED 49: poached eggs on toasted brioche with hollandaise, sautéed vegetables and baby potatoes. Have them classic, or add avocado, beef bacon, turkey ham or smoked salmon.
Çılbır, Turkish Eggs with Sujuk (AED 79): poached eggs on whipped yogurt with sujuk, pine nuts, olives, chilli butter and toasted sourdough.
Anatolian Toast (AED 79): poached eggs on sourdough with mushrooms, sujuk, pine nuts, hollandaise, labneh and pomegranate.
Shakshouka (AED 64): two poached eggs in tomato sauce with grilled aubergine, feta and capsicum.
Omelet-e Gojeh Farangi (AED 52): Persian tomato and egg, cooked soft and served with warm barbari bread.
Homemade croissants
Our croissants are made in house. Les Croissants come as a pair: plain for AED 22, with strawberry jam for AED 34, or with Nutella for AED 36. For a warm, savoury bite, the Croissant Œuf & Fromage (AED 49) is filled with soft scrambled egg and Gruyère.
Something sweet
French Toast (AED 69): brioche soaked in tres leches with a cream cheese centre, date caramel and sesame.
Pancakes Nutella & Banane (AED 69): with banana, fig, mixed berries and berry sauce.
Gaufre Rose & Pistache (AED 64): a Belgian waffle with pistachio cream, rose, fresh berries and crushed pistachio.
Light and fresh
Prefer to keep it light? Try the Açaí Bowl (AED 64) with berries, banana, kiwi, strawberry and granola, the Porridge méditerranéen (AED 64) with fresh fruit, honey, nuts and dates, or the Bol de Granola (AED 44) with your choice of milk. Also new: mazeh plates to share
Our new mazeh quartets are now on the menu too, made for sharing: the Cold Mazeh Quartet (AED 79), the Persian Yoghurt Quartet (AED 79), the Warm Mazeh Quartet (AED 99) and the Seafood Mazeh Royale (AED 109). See them on our food menu.
